A degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University
A degree in engineering or technology granted by an institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament.
Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent to a degree.
A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a degree in engineering or technology as mentioned at (i) & (ii) above.
Graduate or equivalent in general streams such as B.A, B.Sc. and B.Com.
Technician Apprentices :
A diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government,
A diploma in engineering or technology by a University.
A diploma in engineering or technology granted by an institute recognized by the State Government or Central Government or equivalent to (i) & (ii)
A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a degree in engineering or technology as mentioned at (i), (ii) & (iii) above.
Eligibility conditions :
(1) Candidates possessing higher professional qualification such as B.E or equivalent (for Technician Apprentice), M.Tech or equivalent (for Graduate Apprentice) will not be considered as eligible. (ii) Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence Mode shall not be considered. (iii) The candidates must fulfil the medical fitness as per Apprentice Act. (iv)Candidates should not have Training or job experience of period of one year or more after attainment of the qualification.
