NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment Qualification 2025
Trade Apprentice: ITI Pass Certificate in Fitter, Machinist, Welder (Gas & Electric), Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Pump Operator cum Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning & Computer Operator cum Programming Assistant (COPA) from recognized NCVT/SCVT.
Diploma Apprentice: Diploma Pass Certificate in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational established by a State Government/ by a University/ by an Institute recognized by the State or Central Government as equivalent to a diploma in respective Discipline.
Graduate Apprentice : Graduate Degree in engineering/ technology streams or general streams such as BA, B.Sc., B.Com., etc. including sandwich courses granted by a College / University recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ State Government/ Central Government.

How to Apply NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
- Interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria should first register themselves (as a candidate) on National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme 2.0 (NAPS 2.0) / National Apprenticeship Training Scheme 2.0 (NATS 2.0) portal as given below.
- The Trade Apprentices need to register themselves at National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme 2.0(NAPS 2.0) portal “https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in”. The Graduate Apprentice and Diploma Apprentice need to register themselves at National Apprenticeship Training Scheme 2.0 (NATS 2.0) portal “https://www.nats.education.gov.in/”. The candidate must ensure that, his/her Aadhar is linked with Bank Account.
- Candidates are to keep scanned copy of following documents ready before to start Registration process.
- The candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may download the application form enclosed as Annexure-1 from www.npcil.nic.in / HR Management / Opportunities. Before applying the candidate should ensure his/her eligibility for apprentice training.
- The duly-filled in application form affixing your passport-size photograph on the space provided along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents mentioned in application form may be sent by post on the following address:
