NIOT Recruitment Important Instructions 2024

• The candidate must be a CITIZEN OF INDIA.
• The applicant should produce the original certificates uploaded in the on-line application at the time of interview/Joining. If original certificates are not produced or discrepancies are found in the certificates, the supporting documents or concealing of facts are noticed, the candidature will be summarily disqualified and rejected.
• The upper age limit in respect of the OBC/SC/ST categories and for Ex-servicemen, Person with Disabilities and other specified categories shall be relaxable in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Govt. from time to time in this regard.
• Applicant should ensure that he/she possess essential educational qualification and the experience in the relevant area as required to the post.
• No TA/DA will be paid towards attending the Interview / Written examination.

• जिन उम्मीदवारों ने विभिन्न पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया है, उन्हें उपरोक्त तालिका में उल्लिखित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार ही रिपोर्ट करना होगा। अलग से कोई कॉल लेटर प्रवेश पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
• Candidates who have applied online for different posts are required to report only as per the schedule mentioned in the table above. No separate call letter/Admit card will be issued.
• उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के समय, ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया के दौरान उनके द्वारा अपलोड किए गए मूल प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है। यदि मूल प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं किए जाते हैं या प्रमाणपत्रों, सहायक दस्तावेजों में विसंगतियां पाई जाती हैं, या तथ्यों को छुपाया जाता है, तो उम्मीदवारी को सीधे तौर पर अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और उनकी उम्मीदवारी को खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के दौरान ऑनलाइन आवेदन की एक प्रिंटआउट भी लानी होगी और सभी प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेजों की फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी।
• It is mandatory for candidates to present the original certificates that were uploaded during the online application process, at the time of the interview/written test. Candidates must also carry a printout the online application and submit photocopy of all certificates/documents during the interview.
• ओबीसी/एससी/एसटी/ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणियों के तहत आरक्षण का दावा करने वाले या पूर्व सैनिकों और पीडब्ल्यूडी श्रेणियों के तहत छूट चाहने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अन्य सहायक प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेजों के साथ निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक वैध प्रमाणपत्र जमा करना होगा |
• Candidates claiming reservation under OBC/SC/ST/EWS categories or seeking relaxation under Ex-servicemen and PwD categories must provide a valid certificate in the prescribed format along with other supporting certificates/documents.
