NCVT ITI Supplementary Exam Schedule 2025 Out: It is informed that the leftover/supplementary examination-2025 of trainees under Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) is planned to be held in the month of December 2025. As per the three permissible number of supplementary attempts, trainees of admission year 2021 (second year of two-year trades) and all trainees from admission year 2022 and onwards will be eligible to appear in this examination. NCVT Supplementary Exam start from 15-12-2025. NCVT ITI Supplementary Exam Schedule given below:-

ITI Supplementary Exam Schedule 2025 Out
The Directorate General of Training (DGT) has officially released the ITI Supplementary Exam Schedule 2025. Candidates can now check important dates for Practical Exam, CBT Exam, Hall Ticket, Result, Grievance and other major activities. This update helps students prepare effectively for the All India Trade Test (AITT) July 2025 Examination.

ITI Supplementary Exam Notice 2025 – Full Eligibility, Attendance Rule & Important Update
The Directorate General of Training (DGT) has released the official ITI Supplementary / Leftover Exam Notice 2025. Trainees from the concerned academic sessions will be allowed to appear in the examination only after being declared eligible by their institute. Below are the detailed eligibility conditions for ITI Supplementary Examination 2025.
Eligibility Criteria for ITI Supplementary Exam 2025
Students meeting any of the following conditions will be permitted to take the examination:
- i. Trainees who are eligible (based on attendance and FA criteria) but were failed, debarred, or absent in the previous examination.
- ii. Trainees whose attendance or FA entries were not filled by the institute, but the institute declares them eligible at the time of supplementary examination.
- iii. Trainees whose attendance is less than 80% but 50% or above will be allowed to take the exam, provided they make up for the shortage before the start of examination and the institute declares them eligible.
- iv. Trainees whose PRN (Permanent Registration Number) was generated after the Mains Examination, provided they meet the minimum eligibility criteria before the examination.
* Trainees who were short of attendance by not more than 50% during mains examinations may update their attendance based on extra classes taken by the institute.
Grievance Redressal Notice
All examination-related grievances must be submitted only through the online exam grievance module on SIDH. Post closure of grievance registration, no complaints for CTS Leftover / Supplementary Examination 2025 will be entertained by DGT.
Practical Examination Notice
The date-wise practical exam schedule has been provided at Annexure – A. The conduct of the Practical Examination will be the responsibility of the respective State authorities.

All States are instructed to disseminate this notice to all concerned trainees and institutes so they may prepare accordingly for the ITI Supplementary Exam 2025.
