Please read the following important instructions carefully

1. With reference to your online application number 202387 against the Notifications 01/2022 (Call for ENROLMENT IN APRENTICESHIP TRAINING IT-24 BATCH), 02/2022 (Corrigendum) and 03/2022(Corrigendum) published in the Employment News dated 18 – 24 June 22, 27 August – 02 September 2022 and 17 – 23 September 2022 respectively, you are advised to appear for the written examination on Sunday, 16 October 2022.
2. Your candidature is purely ‘Provisional’ and subject to meeting all the prescribed eligibility conditions, attaining appropriate position in the merit lists which will be prepared, and also subject to outcome of related court cases, if any. In this regard, Notifications at Para 1 ibid also are to be referred to. Merely appearing for the written examination does not entitle you in any for selection to or for any post or training what-so-ever.
3. Please ensure that you fulfill each of the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Notifications hitherto relating to age, educational and other qualifications, etc. as on the crucial date. If you are found ineligible due to the laid down criteria at any stage, your candidature will be canceled without any further reasoning what-so-ever. This admit card is therefore clearly ‘Provisional’ and is only for appearing for the written examination ibid if all other criterion and conditions are duly met. In this regard, Notifications ibid are also to be referred to.
4. If any false or incorrect information furnished by you is detected at any stage, your candidature will be canceled without prejudice to take legal action against you. In this regard, Notifications ibid are also to be referred to.
5. You will be admitted to the examination center only on production of this admit card. Admit card is to be printed back to back on an A4 size sheet. After printing the admit card, you are required to paste a recent passport size colour photo of yours on the admit card in the space indicated. This pasted photo is in addition to the one printed on the admit card by default, and should be appropriately put not cover or obscure the latter or any other information.
6. You are required to carry a photo ID proof for the written examination. Original of Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License and/ or Govt. of India issued ID will only be accepted as valid photo ID proof.
7. The reporting time and instructions mentioned on the admit card is to be strictly followed and adhered to. Candidates reporting late at the examination center after the reporting time specified on the admit card will not be permitted for the examination.
8. Candidates should check admit card carefully and bring the discrepancies, if any, to the notice of relevant authorities well before the examination.
9. Please bring blue/ black ball point pens along with you for marking the answers in the O.M.R. answer sheet.
10. Please pay particular attention when filling up the O.M.R. sheet. Everything should be correctly and neatly filled up. Contact the invigilators immediately in case of any doubts or issues. No additional information, other that what is sought for, is to be written or marked on the O.M.R. sheet. PLEASE FILL O.M.R. SHEET VERY VERY CAREFULLY.Additional sheets will may not be provided if make a mistake
11. The mode of test is manual mode. The single examination consists of multiple choice objective type questions. The answers are to be marked in O.M.R. answer sheet provided to you at the examination center. The test is bilingual (English and Hindi) only. There is no negative marking.
12. Any rough work is to be carried out on the space provided on the question paper itself.
13. For persons who are making use of scribe, the written examination shall be conducted i.a.w Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Dept of Disability Affairs OM F. No. 16-110/2003-DD.III dated 26 Feb 2013
14. You are required to make your own arrangements for lodging/ boarding prior, during and after the written examination. You are advised not to bring any valuable/ costly items as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured. The Indian Navy will not be responsible for any loss what-so-ever, in any which ways, in this regards
15. Mobiles, phones, smart devices (like watches), wireless/ Bluetooth devices, digital diary/ calculator, laptop, tablet, data storage devices, electronic gadgets etc. are banned within the premises of the examination center. Possession of any of these or similar items, whether in use or in switch off mode, during the examination will be considered as use of unfair means.
16. Candidature will be summarily canceled at any stage of the recruitment in respect of candidates found having indulged in any malpractice at the examination center and/ or during the examination, and they will be debarred from the examinations of the Indian Navy. In this regard, Notifications ibid are also to be referred to.
17. The decision of the Competent Authority in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the candidature, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of examination(s), selection and allotment of posts/ training to selected candidates, will be final and binding on the candidates and no altercation, inquiry, correspondence or communication etc. will be entertained in this regard.
