MDL Announced benefits for Ex-Apprentice Candidates: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited ने सभी Apprentice छात्रों को एक बड़ी खुशखबरी दी है जिसमे MDL से Apprentice किये हुए छात्रों को दो Beneits दिए हुए हैं | MDL में Apprentice किये हुए छात्रो को MDL Recruitment में benefits मिलेगी | MDL Recruitment 2024 या आने वाले जो भी भर्ती में MDL से Apprentice किये हुए छात्रो को 10% horizontal reservation मिलेगा | MDL Apprentice किये हुए Candidates को Shipbuilding /Submarine experience के रूप में भी Considered किया जायेगा |

MDL Official Notice for Ex-MDL Apprentice

• अत्यंत हर्ष के साथ सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को यह सूचित किया जाता है की, माझगांव डॉक शिपबिल्डर्स लि. प्रबंधन ने कंपनी में होने वाली आगामी कर्मचारी भर्तीयों (अनुबंधित एवं स्थाई दोनों) में एम.डी.एल – ए.टी.एस. से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किए प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रावधान अनुमोदित किए हैं |
  • 10% vacancies will be reserved for Ex-MDL Apprentice. This will be in the nature of horizontal reservation. (Reference 1st Edition HR Non Executive Recruitment Manual)
  • One-year Apprenticeship Training completed in shipbuilding industry in case of Graduate Engineers will also be considered as Shipbuilding / Submarine experience. (Reference 1st Edition HR Non Executive Recruitment Manual)
  • Further, Post/ Trades where the minimum qualifying criteria is ITI, One- year Apprenticeship Training in shipbuilding industry post completion of National Trade Certificate (NTC) will be considered relevant as Shipbuilding / Submarine experience.
