IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment Selection Process
- The selection process for IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024 includes two main stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a Skill Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). The CBT comprises 100 objective-type questions. Candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in the CBT to qualify for the SPPT. The SPPT is of a qualifying nature.
- The dates and locations for the CBT will be communicated in advance, and candidates will receive their admit cards online. After the CBT, answer keys will be released for candidate review. Electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.
