High Explosives Factory (HEF), Khadki, Pune जो कि Munitions India Limited (MIL) की एक Unit है और Ministry of Defence, Government of India के अंतर्गत आती है — उसने Graduate Project Engineer (Supervisory Staff) और Skilled Worker (AOCP) के पदों पर Tenure Basis भर्ती के लिए Offline Applications आमंत्रित की हैं।

🔵 Post 1: Supervisory Staff (Graduate Project Engineer)

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Ex-Graduate Apprentice जिन्होंने Ordnance Factories में Chemical Trade में 1 Year Training पूरी की हो (MIL / Ordnance Factories Military Ammo & Explosives)
• OR Factories में Military Ammunition & Explosives बनाने का 1 साल का Training/Experience

🔵 Post 2: Skilled Worker (AOCP – CPW)

• Matriculation + NAC/NTC (NCVT) — Government/Private ITI से
• Trade: AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
• Feeder Trades: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

🔵 Supervisory Staff के लिए:

• Merit List — B.E./B.Tech Marks (85%) + Personal Interaction/Interview (15%)
• Document Verification (Merit के अनुसार)

🔵 Skilled Worker (AOCP) के लिए:

• NCVT Exam Marks (80%) + Trade Test/Practical Test (20%) — Merit List
• AOCP Trade candidates को Preference दी जाएगी
• चुने गए candidates को 1 Month Compulsory In-House Training — Safe Handling of Explosives, Safety Norms, Do’s & Don’ts etc.
• Training के बाद 2 Months On-Job Training फिर specific job deployment
• Training पूरी होने पर Certificate मिलेगा जो सभी MIL Group factories में valid होगा

• Supervisory Staff: पहले वर्ष ₹36,000/- प्रतिमाह + DA (हर साल बढ़ता रहेगा)
• Skilled Worker: ₹19,900/- + DA — 3% Annual Increment
• IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) applicable
• House Rent Allowance — Company Quarter available नहीं होने पर
• EPF & Employees Compensation Act के तहत benefits
• 30 दिन Annual Leave प्रतिवर्ष (2.5 दिन प्रति माह)
• Night Duty Allowance — Night Shift में काम करने पर
• Risk Allowance — Regular employees के समान
• Safety & Protective Gear Company के नियमानुसार
• Female Employees को Maternity Benefits (Maternity Benefit Act 1961)
• Bonus — Bonus Act 1965 के अनुसार (Fixed Term)

• Notification से Application Form Download करें और BLOCK LETTERS में fill करें।
• Application के साथ Photograph self-attested (पीछे नाम और DOB लिखें) और एक Extra Copy भी लगाएं।
• Envelope पर clearly लिखें: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TENURE BASED SUPERVISORY STAFF / SKILLED WORKER ON CONTRACT BASIS”
• Hard Copy भेजें — Last Date से पहले निम्न पते पर पहुंचनी चाहिए:

• Date of Birth का Proof (10th Certificate)
• Educational Qualification Certificate
• B.E./B.Tech Certificate (Supervisory के लिए)
• Experience Certificate (अगर हो तो)
• Caste/Category Certificate — SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS (Prescribed Proforma में)
• OBC-NCL Candidates के लिए — Appendix-I में Declaration
• NCVT Marksheet(s) व NAC/NTC Certificate (Skilled Worker के लिए)
• 2 Passport Size Photos + 1 Application पर चिपकाई हुई
• SC/ST candidates — Bus/Train ticket और Caste Certificate (TA Claim के लिए)

• एक candidate एक ही application submit करे; अधिक application reject होंगी।
• गलत/अधूरी जानकारी देने पर candidature cancel किया जाएगा।
• Phone/Messenger से कोई भी correspondence नहीं की जाएगी।
• Canvassing करने पर Disqualification।
• Tenure based engagement Regular Employee का दर्जा नहीं देती।
• OBC-NCL Candidates को Valid Certificate (Closing Date तक Valid) जमा करना होगा।
• Job छोड़ने के लिए 1 Month पहले Notice देनी होगी, वरना 1 Month Salary काटी जाएगी।
• Performance Evaluation 6 महीने में एक बार होगी।
• Poor Performance पर 15 Days Notice देकर Service terminate की जा सकती है।
