How To Apply
Stage 1: Registration on PortalsRegister at Rozgar Mela: Interested candidates must appear and register in person at the designated Rozgar Mela venue on 4th February 2026.
Register on NAPS Portal: Simultaneously, candidates are required to register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) web portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and get their profile approved in advance.
Stage 2: Document Preparation & VerificationEnsure you have all original and photocopies of required documents for verification at the Rozgar Mela.
Documents include: 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate, ITI Certificate (for relevant trades), Category Certificate (if applicable), Age Proof, Affidavit (for ITI passed candidates of 2024 or earlier as specified), and recent photographs.
Stage 3: Final Submission & AcknowledgementComplete the registration formalities at the Rozgar Mela venue.
Keep a copy of the registration acknowledgement and NAPS portal approval for future reference.
Important Instructions
• Engagement of selected trade apprentices is subject to his / her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Company i.e. HCL.
• Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria.
• In case of CGPA in 10th / Matric exam it will be converted to equivalent percentage by multiplying CGPA with 9.5 while calculating the merit.
• The candidates who have passed ITI in 2024 and prior to the year 2024 will have to produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper sworn-in before a Magistrate or Notary Public to the effect that they have neither undergone apprenticeship training from anywhere earlier nor have taken employment anywhere.
• Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria.
