Online Applications are invited from 07.08.2025 from Citizens of India for undergoing Training at Malanjkhand Copper Project, Hindustan Copper Limited for Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act 1961 as per details given below:-

HCL Recruitment Qualification 2025

Academic Qualification : Passed 10th / Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.

Technical Qualification : ITI passed in the concerned trade from recognized institute.

Note :

1. The candidate must possess requisite qualification as listed in the above table as on cut-off date.
2. The candidate must be ITI passed from the respective trade for applying against Sl. No. 3 to
3. In case of Sl. No. 1 & 2, the candidate must be 10th pass.
4. The candidates who have passed ITI in 2023 and prior to the year 2023 will have to produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper sworn-in before a Magistrate or Notary Public to the effect that they have neither undergone apprenticeship training from anywhere earlier nor have taken employment anywhere.
5. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as Diploma / B.E. or equivalent shall not be considered. Additionally, candidates having higher academic qualification like B.A./B.Sc./B.Com etc will not be given any additional weightage.

i. The candidate is advised to submit the Online Applications well in advance without waiting for the closing date.
ii. Before, filling online application, candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions contained in “How to fill the Online Application Form” provided on the website. They may click on the ‘Career’ button to get the instruction for online application submission.
iii. After submitting the online application, the candidates should print the Computer Generated Online Application and the Acknowledgement Slip and keep a copy of the same for their reference and future records.
iv. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail Ids and mobile numbers active till the completion of this engagement process.
v. In case of CGPA in 10th / Matric exam it will be converted to equivalent percentage by multiplying CGPA with 9.5 while calculating the merit.
vi. Any amendment or update on this shall be communicated only through company website www.hindustancopper.com. Hence please keep on visiting the website from time to time for any update in future.
vii. The company reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats as per requirement.
viii. The candidature of applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates and testimonials. In case, it is detected at any stage of
engagement or thereafter, that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and or/ that he has furnished any incorrect / false information / fake certificate /

How to Apply HCL Recruitment 2025

1. Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria before submission of online application.
2. Candidates are advised to register as a Trade Apprentice online in the following portals
   

STEP 1 – Apprenticeship Registration on Apprentice Portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in)Candidates should register themselves for apprenticeship in Government of India portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) Candidate should select “Establishment Search” under establishment menu in the above site (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and select Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand Copper Project for undergoing training with HCL. The unique
number generated on this website must be entered in the appropriate column in Step 2 (Online submission of application at Hindustan Copper Limited website), otherwise, application will not be considered finally submitted. Registration on the above portal is mandatory for all the candidates, whether they are applying on 10th basis or ITI basis.

Guidelines for Portal Activity of Trade Apprentices (ITI Cadre)/ Fresher Apprentices Applicants

1. Registration of candidate’s profile on Apprenticeship Portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.org) with registration number as Axxxxxxxxx, is to be mentioned in the application.
2. Candidate’s profile is to be matched with the 10th/ ITI mark sheet details. Mismatch of details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhar details etc. may lead to disqualification of the candidature. Candidate’s profile is to be 100% Aadhar verified. The Candidate’s Profile Copy is to be submitted along with application form.
3. Bank Account and eKYC is to be updated in Candidate’s Profile.
4. Candidate’s Educational Qualification is to be properly entered in the profile. The ITI Cadre is to be filled as ITI with proper ITI Mark Sheet details & Fresher needs to be entered as 10th Pass with 10th Mark Sheet Details as their highest qualification. No other details are required to be filled.
5. Apply online in Malanjkhand Copper Project, HCL as per trade against opportunity creation of HCL and submit the applied copy print details along with application form. Without applied copy print details and application form, it will lead to forfeiture of candidature/ eligibility for selection.
6. The Candidate already in Apprenticeship Training Contract in any other organization is not eligible for ACCEPTANCE on portal unless resignation accepted by previous organization as well as RDSDE.
7. The candidate already completed Apprenticeship Training Contract under NAPS is not eligible for another contract in any other trade.
8. After selection, Apprenticeship Training Contract will be generated by the Establishment for applied on respective trade appear as TMPxxxxxxxx and the same will be accepted by the candidate’s appear as CNxxxxxxxx after acceptance and it will be approved by RDSDE-Bhopal, if all the above guidelines are correctly followed and all criteria is fulfilled.
9. Portal & email is to be verified by the applicant regularly till engagement of Apprenticeship Training Contract and will need updating as suggested by RDSDE -Bhopal.
10. Lastly, the download copy of Apprenticeship Training Contract duly signed by the Guardian as well as approved by Apprenticeship Advisor is to be submitted by Applicant and the same will be accepted for continuing the App. Trg. Contract.
    
    

STEP 2 – On-line submission of Application on HCL Website (www.hindustancopper.com) The candidates shall be required to submit their application online through the Company’s website (www.hindustancopper.com). No other means of / mode of application shall be accepted. ‘One Applicant – One Application’ system shall be followed, i.e. only one application shall be accepted from one candidate corresponding to one login-ID. The candidates should ensure that they fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and other conditions mentioned in this advertisement against the trade applied for. They are advised in their own interest to apply for only one trade that best fits with the candidate’s qualification viz-a-viz the advertised eligibility criteria. Multiple applications received, if any, in contravention to the ‘One Applicant – One Application’ condition shall not be accepted. In such cases only the first submitted application shall be considered.
