1. 10 Copies of Photographs which you had uploaded at the time of filling up of online application
2. 2 Copies of the following documents self attested or attested by Gazetted Officer along with the Original of the same.
   • Admit Card, Mark Sheet and Certificate of Secondary Examination.
   • Admit Card, mark Sheet and Certificate of ITI Examination.
   • Mark Sheet of Class-VIII passed
   • Copy of Online Application Form
   • Caste Certificate/Community Certificate as per reservation claimed, if any, while applying online.
   • Voter Identity Card (Both sides)
   • Aadhaar Card (Both sides)
   • PAN Card (Both sides)
   • One Medical Certificate

• No hostel accommodation will be provided and you will have to make your own arrangement during training period.
• Stipend will be paid as per extant rules
• Your Apprenticeship training under Apprentice Act 1961 is liable to be terminated without notice for any of the following cases:
  • Failure to abide by the disciplinary rules of the Railway Workshop.
  • Misconduct.
  • Unsatisfactory attendance.
  • Unsatisfactory progress of training.
• Selected candidates will liable to be terminated at any stage without notice. if it is found that he has furnished wrong/false information or documents in support of his selection.
• After passing the Training course of Act Apprenticeship there will be “no guarantee for your employment in the Railway”.
• Your candidature as trainee will liable to be terminated/cancelled without any prejudice, if the
• documents submitted by you in support of Date of Birth, Academic Qualification , ITI passed Certificate/National Trade certificate issued by NCVT. Caste Certificate and OBC Certificate is found False afterwards on verification at any time.
• You will have to submit an affidavit on non Judicial Stamp Paper, affirmed before 1″ class Judicial Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate regarding genuineness of documents (Specimen copy enclosed).
• You will have to complete your profile on Apprenticeship Training portal.
• Training will be started after contract registration through Apprenticeship portal.
• If you intend to take training as Act Apprentices on the conditions stated above please attend this office on 15.07.2024 at 10-00 hrs. positively with all documentary papers in original along with Part-B of Call letter for documents verification (DV) against Notification No-RRC-ER/Act Apprentices/2023-24.
• Call Letter Sent on Mail. Selected candidates check registered mail.
