🔔 Key Notice Points — जरूर पढ़ें

| i | DV की Schedule Final है। Candidates को E-Call Letter में दी गई Date & Session पर ही आना है। |
| ii | 24 April 2026 Absent Candidates के लिए Reserved है। Absent candidates को Valid Explanation (with proof) देनी होगी। |
| iii | E-Call Letter केवल DV में appear होने का Permission है। यह Training में Engagement की Guarantee नहीं है। |
| iv | DV में qualify करना अगले Selection Stage के लिए Candidate को eligible बनाता है — Extant Rules के अनुसार। |
| v | DV Result Official Website www.rrcer.org पर Upload किया जाएगा। Fake Websites से सावधान रहें। |
| vi | E-Call Letter के Column 10-11 (Part A) DV Venue पर Invigilator की उपस्थिति में ही भरें — पहले नहीं। |
| vii | E-Call Letter का Part A (Top Portion) DV complete होने के बाद Railway Official को दे दें। |
| viii | Impersonation / Malpractice पर Candidate को सभी Railway Training से Permanently Debar किया जाएगा और Legal Action होगा। |
| ix | E-Call Letter में किसी discrepancy के लिए DV Date से कम से कम 3 दिन पहले HELP/Support Number पर Contact करें। |
| x | Administrative Exigency के कारण DV का Venue/Date/Time बदला जा सकता है। Website regularly check करते रहें। |
📁 Required Documents — DV में क्या लाएं?
सभी Documents की 10 Copies (Photographs) और
2 Sets Self-Attested Copies साथ में Originals लेकर आएं।
बिना Original Documents Entry नहीं मिलेगी!
10 Passport Size Photos — Online Application के समय Upload की गई Photos जैसी ही
Admit Card, Mark Sheet & Certificate — Secondary (10th) Examination की
Admit Card, Mark Sheet & Certificate — ITI Examination की
Copy of Online Application Form
Caste / Community Certificate — अगर Reservation Claim किया है (Gazetted Officer Attested)
Voter Identity Card (दोनों Sides)
Aadhaar Card (दोनों Sides) — Mandatory
PAN Card (दोनों Sides) — Mandatory
Medical Fitness Certificate — Government Authority Doctor (Gazetted) द्वारा Prescribed Format में | Format: www.rrcer.org से Download करें
PwBD Certificate — अगर applicable (Original + Xerox, Gazetted Officer Attested)
ESM Certificate, Booklet & Pension Papers — अगर ESM Candidate हैं (Original + Xerox)
सभी Documents के 2 Complete Sets बनाएं। हर Set में ऊपर दिए सभी Documents की एक-एक Copy होनी चाहिए।
Application Form पर Signature और Biometric Impression Online Application जैसी ही होनी चाहिए।

अपना Registration Number / Details Enter करें और E-Call Letter Download करें

E-Call Letter का Clear Printout (Front & Back दोनों Pages) निकालें। Photocopy accepted नहीं होगी।

E-Call Letter में अपनी DV Date और Session carefully check करें और उसी Date & Session पर Venue पर पहुंचें
याद रखें: DV Venue में E-Call Letter के बिना Entry नहीं मिलेगी।
Call Letter की Photocopy/FIR accepted नहीं होगी।
Call Letter Non-Transferable है।
⚠️ Railway का महत्वपूर्ण Note
Apprentices Act 1961 के अनुसार: Railways द्वारा Apprenticeship Training
पूरी होने के बाद Apprentice को Employment देना अनिवार्य नहीं है।
Act Apprentices का Railways में Training Complete होने के बाद Job के लिए कोई Claim नहीं होगा।
Candidates को DV से पहले Doctor से Health Check-up कराने की सलाह दी जाती है।
किसी भी Health Emergency की स्थिति में Railway Administration जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
