DRDO GTRE Apprentice Provisional List 2024

1. Refer to Advt. No. GTRE/HRD/026/2024-25 dated 05th April 2024.
2. The Provisionally Selected Candidates (Second List) for Apprenticeship Training Programme 2024-25 (ITI Trainees) at GTRE is published herewith.
3. The Provisionally Selected Candidates are requested to read the attached Joining Instructions for follow up actions.
4. This list is valid for 01 month from the date of joining Apprenticeship Training ie., 15th July 2024 to 14th Aug 2024. If candidate fail to join within stipulated period, his / her candidature will not be considered.
5. Candidates are required to report to CV Raman Nagar Gate Security Office, Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), C.V.Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560 093 for joining on any working day during 15th July 2024 to 14th Aug 2024.

All Saturday & Sunday are observed as closed holidays. Avoid reporting GTRE on Saturdays / Sundays/ Gazetted holidays

PROVISIONALLY SELECTED (SECOND LIST) FOR APPRENTICE TRAINING (GRADUATE ENGINEERING & GENERAL STREAM / DIPLOMA /ITI) AT GTRE, BANGALORE

• Candidates are requested to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL and ONE SET OF XEROX at the time of joining for Document Verification, failing which the selection will be cancelled:
  • 1) 10th & 12th Marksheets and Certificate (for Date of Birth)
  • 2) Marksheets (Qualifying exam) for all semesters
  • 3) Qualification Certificate issued by competent authority / Provisional Degree Certificate
  • 4) Caste Certificate (if applicable) issued by the competent authority
  • 5) Person With Disability Certificate (if applicable)
  • 6) EWS Certificate (if applicable)
  • 7) Photo ID Card issued by Govt./Aadhaar Card
  • 8) Registration No. / Certificate for registration under MHRD/NCVT portal
  • 9) One passport size and two stamp size photographs
  • 10) Valid Police Verification Certificate from the last place of residence (Issued by District authority)
  • 11) Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Govt. Doctor / Registered Medical Practitioner
  • 12) Vaccination certificate for COVID-19
  • 13) Details of BANK ACCOUNT WITH AADHAR SEEDED (Copy of front page of Passbook)
  • 14) Undertaking sent alongwith acceptance mail (Copy Enclosed)
  • 15) Print copy of Online application
• This list is valid for ONE MONTH from the date of 15th JULY TO 14th AUG 2024 (joining date for Apprenticeship Training). If candidate fail to join within stipulated time, his / her candidature will not be considered.
• The period of apprenticeship training is for ONE YEAR. Apprentices will have no claim to permanent or temporary appointment on completion of Apprenticeship Training in GTRE/DRDO.
• You are required to execute a contract on joining. Your selection is provisional till acceptance by BOAT (NATS) / RDSDE (NAPS).
• Candidates are required to arrange accommodation / transport on their own for their stay in Bangalore. No TA/DA shall be given to candidates for joining GTRE.
• Candidates are required to report to CV Raman Nagar Gate Security Office, Gas Turbine Research Establishment, C.V.Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560 093 for joining on any working days during 15th July-14th Aug 2024 (except Saturday / Sunday being holidays).
