CSIR NML Recruitment Vacancy 2025

CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur is one of the global leaders in metallurgy and materials research, backed-up by substantial share of research publications in peer reviewed journals and intellectual property products generated in metallurgical and materials science and technology.
The Director, CSIR-NML intends to engage Graduate Apprentice Trainees as well as Technician Apprentice Trainees through Walk-in-Interview as per the scheme provided under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 of Government of India, as per details mentioned below:

CSIR NML Recruitment Qualification 2025

Graduate (Degree) Apprentice Trainees: 4 years regular B.E/B.Tech Degree obtained from a recognized University/ Institutions in relevant discipline mentioned in the above table.
Technician Apprentice Trainees: 3 years regular Diploma in Engineering/Technology obtained from a State Council or Board of Technical Education Established by a State Government/University/Institutions in relevant discipline mentioned in the above table.

Eligibility Condition :

1. Only those candidates are eligible who have passed the Degree / Diploma during the years 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024/2025
2. The candidates should NOT have undergone any apprenticeship training earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the
   Apprentices Act,1961/1973as amended from time to time;
3. Each Candidate must have verified 16-Digit NATS ID;
4. In case the date of declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result issued by the Principal of the Polytechnic / College
   / Institute from where the candidate pursued his / her Diploma / Degree course, along with application form;
5. One candidate can apply against any one of the discipline;

Apprentice Registration : Candidates are advised to register as Graduate (Degree)/ Technician (Diploma) Apprentices online in the following portal under the respective State as per their trades in Graduate (Degree)/ Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: https://nats.education.gov.in / www.bopter.gov.in

• For candidates who have not so far enrolled in the National Web Portal {Technician (Diploma)/ Graduate (Degree) Apprentices}:

a. Go to: https://nats.education.gov.in/;
b. Click on Student – Student Register;
c. Complete the application form;
d. A Unique Student Enrolment ID for each student will be generated after successful registration which is mandatory before applying for the positions and need to be mentioned in the application form.
