Uploading of Admit Cards for Competitive Written Examination for recruitment to the posts of Technical Assistant and Technician (1) advertised vide CSIR-NBRI Advertisement No. 02/2024 – reg.

• In continuation of this office notice of even number dated 03.11.2025, it is hereby informed that the Admit Cards for the Competitive Written Examination have been uploaded on the CSIR-NBRI Recruitment Portal for the provisionally eligible candidates who have qualified the respective Trade Tests conducted under the said Advertisement. The Competitive Written Examination for the posts of Group–III (Technical Assistant) and Group–II [Technician (1)] posts will be conducted as per the schedule given below

• All provisionally eligible candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards from the following link by entering their Registration Number along with Date of Birth and then by clicking the “Search” and thereafter “Download Admit Card” button.
• The candidates must read the instructions mentioned on the Admit Card carefully and ensure the strict compliance thereof during the examination process.

CSIR NBRI Written Exam Instructions 2025

• The candidates are advised to report to the Examination Centre at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No entry will be allowed after 12:30 PM under any circumstances.
• The Competitive Written Examination shall comprise three papers, namely Paper–I, Paper–II and Paper–III. No candidate will be permitted to leave the Examination Hall during the intervals or before the completion of the examination.
• Candidates must bring the Admit Card to the Examination Centre and sign it only in the presence of the Invigilator.
• Use only Blue or Black Ball Point Pen for marking answers on the OMR sheets during the Competitive Written Examination.
• Each candidate must carry the valid Admit Card issued by CSIR–NBRI along with an original Photo Identity Proof (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or any other valid ID issued by a State/Central Government authority) and a selfattested photocopy of the same. Entry to the Examination Hall shall be permitted only after verification of the Admit Card and Photo Identity Proof.
• The candidates are required to produce their original certificates/documents for verification at the time of the Competitive Written Examination, in accordance with the undertaking submitted by them during the Trade Test. Failure to produce the original documents shall result in immediate cancellation of candidature forthwith without any further correspondence.
