CSIR CSIO Technician Recruitment 2025 Trade Test Notification Out: It is hereby notified for the information of candidates who have applied for the post of Technician (1) against CSIR-CSIO Advt. No. 45/2022 and have been shortlisted for Trade Test (as per notification dated 22.09.2025 &18.11.2025 displayed on CSIR-CSIO website) that the Trade Test in different trades is scheduled to be conducted as under

- CSIR CSIO has released the Trade Test notification for Technician Recruitment 2025.
- Trade test will be held from 16–18 January 2026.
- Admit cards with roll numbers will be uploaded soon on the official website.
- Trade test is only qualifying—marks won’t be added in final merit.
- Only qualified candidates will appear in the Written Exam later.
CSIR CSIO Exam General Instructions 2025
- The Candidates are requested to reach the test venue at the scheduled reporting time indicated in the Admit Card, beyond which they will not be allowed to enter the test venue. Any request for a change of date/session/venue will not be entertained.
- The Candidates are requested to report to the examination venue at least half an hour before the commencement of the examination for identity verification
- The candidate will have to produce his/her Admit Card along with original photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or PAN Card, etc.) at the examination centre. Entry will not be allowed without original photo identity proof and an Admit Card.
- The Candidates must carry a BLUE/BLACK ballpoint pen.
- Issuance of the admit card or attending the trade test shall not confer any right for an appointment or constitute any employment with CSIR-CSIO.
- The candidature is subject to fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned in Advertisement No. 45/2022.
- The candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/costly items to the test venue as safekeeping of the same cannot be assured. The Organisation will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
