Apprentice Postal पर apprentice के लिए कुछ बदलाव किए गये है जो निम्न है –

Since now Contract termination request can only be initiated twice, all TPAs and SSCs are advised to please fill all the details related to the termination request like reason of termination and supporting document to avoid unnecessary rejection.

Simplification in the NAPS guidelines:

MSDE has announce some changes in the NAPS Guidelines via OM F. No. MSDE-14(03)/2021 -AP(PMU) dated 20^–December-2021 and OM F. No. MSDE-14(04)/2021 -AP(PMU) dated 24^–December-2021 with an objective to Simplify the apprenticeship processes which is attached in the Acts & Guidelines Section of the Portal Homepage for kind reference and adherence. Symphony access to all SSC have been configured with Apprenticeship- OT Workgroup:

Now all the Sector Skill Councils can raise incidents in symphony related to Apprenticeship portal directly through their symphony login.

Please note: All SSCs are advised to raise incidents in symphony and allow the AMS Team at least a 5-7 working days to revert or resolve the issue.

Limitation in downloading reports:

For the smooth flow of portal, there are limited contracts which can be download from TPA login. If anyone wants to download all contracts report, please download from the link sent to respective mail id.

Candidate must hold education qualification required for BTP exemption:

As per NAPS guidelines, a change in Basic training exemption criteria has been implemented on the portal. The Basic Training Exemption Criteria mentioned in the course curriculum created by Establishment, SSC or NSDC should match with the Qualification updated by the candidate in his/her profile. E.g.: if the Course “Commis Chef” clearly states BTP exemption only for Graduate in Hotel Management and if the candidate holds a degree in another course, then portal will not allow for BTP exemption. Also, the course creator can now add “any” graduate or post graduate as Basic Training Exemption criteria in portal.

Please note: Due to some changes made in the course module, requesting all SSCs to please allow at least 5 working days to approve the revised or updated curriculum by the QUALs Team. You are requested to follow- up with the QUALs Team only post the given timeline. In addition, TPAs are also advised to check with the concerned SSC for the status of any curriculum which is not appearing in the Optional Trade list as such course might be in transit phase. Also please advise the establishment to hold the contract generation process for at least next 5 days for the same curriculum.
