बड़ी खबर: NAC को Work Experience मानने पर महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट!

📢 क्या है यह नोटिस?

भारत सरकार के Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्रालय) की ओर से एक महत्वपूर्ण Corrigendum (संशोधन पत्र) जारी किया गया है। यह पत्र 19 फरवरी 2024 को जारी किए गए पिछले आदेश में संशोधन करता है।

🎯 मुख्य बदलाव क्या है?

पहले क्या था:

• सिर्फ National Trade Certificate (NTC) रखने वाले ITI उम्मीदवारों की Apprenticeship Training को Work Experience माना जाता था।

अब क्या बदला:

• अब NTC के साथ-साथ निम्नलिखित certificates भी मान्य होंगे:
  • State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) Certificate
  • State-level Trade Certificate (STC)

यानी अब तीनों में से कोई भी certificate होने पर आपकी apprenticeship को work experience माना जाएगा!

CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification to this Ministry’s letter No. MSDE-1(2)/2023-AP(PMU) (E-58412) dated 19.02.2024 (copy enclosed) regarding consideration of duration of apprenticeship training undergone by ITI passed candidates and having National Apprenticeship Cortificate (NAC) in designated trades as work experience, in para 1 of the referred letter, the words “possessing National Trade Certificate (NTC)” may be read as “possessing National Trade Certificate (NTC) or Certificate issued by State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT)/State-level Trade Certificate (STC)”

2. Rest of the contents of the referred letter remains unchanged.

📋 किसके लिए है यह नियम?

✅ ITI पास किए हुए उम्मीदवार
✅ जिनके पास National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) है
✅ जिन्होंने designated trades में apprenticeship की है
✅ जो Central/State Departments या PSUs में नौकरी के लिए apply कर रहे हैं

⏰ Apprenticeship Training को Experience कैसे माना जाएगा?

मुख्य नियम:

1. 1 साल या उससे ज्यादा की apprenticeship training को 1 साल का work experience माना जाएगा
2. यह Schedule-I of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 के अनुसार ITI qualified candidates पर लागू होगा
3. यह benefit Apprenticeship Act, 1961 के तहत approved apprentices को मिलेगा

🚨 बहुत जरूरी नोट!

Fresher Apprentices के लिए:

• अगर आपने school pass-out के बाद सीधे designated trade में apprenticeship की है
• और आपके पास NAC certificate है
• तो इस apprenticeship को सिर्फ training माना जाएगा
• इसे पहले का technical training या skill/experience नहीं माना जाएगा
• यह सिर्फ designated trade में apprenticeship के रूप में गिना जाएगा

📅 कब से लागू?

यह निर्णय इस order के जारी होने की तारीख से prospectively (भविष्य में) लागू होगा।
यानी 29 जुलाई 2025 से आगे के cases पर यह नियम apply होगा।

🏢 यह नियम कहाँ लागू होगा?

✔️ सभी Employing Ministries/Departments
✔️ Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)
✔️ Central Public Sector Undertakings
✔️ State/UT Governments
✔️ State Public Sector Undertakings

📝 सरल भाषा में समझें:

अगर आपने ITI की है और फिर apprenticeship training ली है, तो:

1. NTC, SCVT या STC certificate होना चाहिए
2. NAC certificate होना जरूरी है
3. 1 साल या ज्यादा की apprenticeship को 1 साल का experience माना जाएगा
4. यह benefit government jobs में recruitment के समय मिलेगा

लेकिन ध्यान दें:
अगर आप fresher हैं (10th/12th के बाद सीधे apprenticeship की), तो यह सिर्फ training मानी जाएगी, work experience नहीं।

• PSUs और CPSEs
• Apprenticeship Advisers
• NSDC, RDSDEs आदि
