Railway Recruitment Cell, South Central Railway (Secunderabad) ने Apprenticeship Act 1962 के तहत Training Year 2025-26 के लिए 6,940 Candidates (Main + Standby List) को Document Verification (DV) के लिए Call Letter जारी किया है। DV 10 August से 14 August 2026 तक Main List उम्मीदवारों के लिए है। Call Letter में ID Number, Venue, Date और Time की पूरी जानकारी है। Registered Email पर SMS और Email भेजा गया है। Call Letter RRC Webpage से Download करना होगा।

RRC SCR Webpage खोलें
South Central Railway की Official Website पर जाएं और RRC Section → Act Apprentice 2025-26 ढूंढें।

Registered Mail ID और Password से Login करें
Application के समय जो Email ID और Password बनाया था, उसी से Login करें।

Call Letter Download करें
Login के बाद Call Letter with Medical Certificate Link मिलेगी। Download करें और Print निकालें।

Merit List (PDF) में नाम Check करें
नीचे दिए “Merit List PDF” लिंक पर Click करें। Annexure-I (Main) या Annexure-II (Standby) में अपना नाम और ID देखें।
✅ SMS और Email भी Registered Mobile/Email पर भेजा गया है। Email/SMS नहीं मिला तो भी – RRC Webpage पर जाकर नाम Check करें और Call Letter Download करें।
⚠️ DV के लिए Important Instructions

कोई दूसरा मौका नहीं! Candidates DV की scheduled date पर Absent रहे तो उनकी Candidature बिना किसी सूचना के Cancel हो जाएगी।

Medical Certificate अनिवार्य! Call Letter के साथ Medical Certificate Format दिया गया है। DV पर आने से पहले prescribed format में Medical Certificate बनवाकर लाएं। बिना Certificate Candidature Reject होगी।

Self-Attested Copies: सभी जरूरी Documents की 2-2 Self-Attested Photocopies लेकर आएं।

Standby Candidates: Standby उम्मीदवारों को तभी बुलाया जाएगा जब Main List का कोई Candidate Absent/Reject हो। Standby को तब ही Call आएगी।

Division Change नहीं होगा! जो Division Allot हुई है, उसी में Training करनी होगी। Change का कोई Request Accept नहीं किया जाएगा।
