✅ Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), Coal India Limited की Subsidiary Miniratna Company, ने Notification No. NCL/HRD/CETI/2026-27 (Dated 25.05.2026) के तहत NAPS Portal से Apply किए गए ITI Trade Apprentice Candidates के लिए Document Verification (DV) का Schedule जारी किया है।

ℹ️ यह Notice केवल ITI Trade Apprentice Positions के लिए Applicable है। Serial Number List Annexure-I में उपलब्ध है – अपना S.No. वहां Check करें।

⚠️ अपने Serial Number अनुसार निर्धारित Date पर ही Report करें। यदि निर्धारित Date पर Report नहीं कर पाए, तो 27 या 28 July 2026 को Report कर सकते हैं।

📋 Required Documents (Original + Self-Attested Photocopy)
- NAPS Portal से Submit किए गए Online Application का Printout
- Matriculation (10th) Certificate/Marksheet (Date of Birth Proof)
- Qualifying ITI की Marksheets एवं Certificates
- Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), EWS Certificate एवं PwBD Certificate – जहां Applicable हो
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- दो हाल की Passport Size Photographs
- Aadhaar-Linked Bank Passbook की Copy
- ऊपर के सभी Documents का एक Self-Attested Photocopy Set
- Notification में बताई गई Eligibility स्थापित करने हेतु अन्य कोई भी आवश्यक Document
⚠️ Important Instructions
- यह Notice केवल उन Candidates के लिए है जिन्होंने NAPS Portal के माध्यम से ITI Trade Apprentice Position के लिए Apply किया है
- यह केवल Document Verification के लिए Call है – यह Final Merit List या Selection List नहीं है
- Document Verification, Notification की Terms व Conditions अनुसार Eligibility Ascertain करने के लिए बुलाया गया है
- Final Merit List, Document Verification व Eligibility Verification पूरी होने के बाद ही तैयार व Publish की जाएगी
- केवल Document Verification में उपस्थित होना Apprentice Trainee के रूप में Engagement की Guarantee नहीं देता
- सभी Original Documents के साथ एक Self-Attested Photocopy Set लाना अनिवार्य है – Documents की कमी या Discrepancy पाए जाने पर Candidature Cancel हो सकती है
- Document Verification में शामिल होने के लिए कोई TA/DA Admissible नहीं होगा
