🎯 Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
Marks के आधार पर Shortlisting होगी। Shortlisted candidates को Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
Interview Call Letter कम से कम 21 दिन पहले Speed Post / Email के माध्यम से भेजा जाएगा।
Selection Committee द्वारा Qualification + Technical Knowledge + Interview Performance के आधार पर मूल्यांकन।
Merit List तैयार की जाएगी। Final approval Competent Authority द्वारा होगा।
Training के बाद ALIMCO किसी प्रकार का Regular Employment देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है।

⚠️ Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
जो candidates पहले से किसी अन्य संस्थान में Apprenticeship कर चुके हैं या कर रहे हैं, वे apply करने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
Diploma candidates का Pass-out year 2022, 2023, 2024 या 2025 होना अनिवार्य है।
1 वर्ष या अधिक कार्यानुभव वाले candidates पात्र नहीं हैं।
Postal delay के लिए ALIMCO जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद कोई नियमित रोजगार नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Incomplete Applications और बिना Signature के applications Reject कर दी जाएंगी।
Portal पर ALIMCO Establishment में भी Apply करना अनिवार्य है, अन्यथा आवेदन मान्य नहीं होगा।
कोई TA/DA और Boarding/Lodging सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं होगी।
Training timing: प्रातः 9:00 बजे से सायं 5:30 बजे तक।
