🎓 Eligibility Conditions (योग्यता)
Passing Year: केवल वे Candidates apply कर सकते हैं जिन्होंने 2022 या उसके बाद Qualifying Examination Pass की हो। 2022 से पहले Pass out — Eligible नहीं।
Regular Candidate: केवल Regular Mode से Qualifying Exam Pass किए candidates ही Apply कर सकते हैं।
Post Graduate: Post Graduation (Master’s Degree) धारक Apply करने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
Job/Training Experience: जिन Graduate/Diploma holders को Qualifying Exam के बाद 1 साल या उससे ज्यादा का Training/Job experience है — वे Eligible नहीं।

Training Period: 12 महीने। Training पूरी होने के बाद INMAS द्वारा Job देना अनिवार्य नहीं है — यह केवल Training Opportunity है (Apprentices Act 1961 के अनुसार)।

📝 Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)
कोई Written Test या Interview नहीं। Selection पूरी तरह Merit (Percentage/Marks) के आधार पर होगा।

Director INMAS द्वारा गठित Board सभी Applications review करेगी और Vacancies के अनुसार candidates को Merit के आधार पर Shortlist करेगी।

केवल Selected Candidates को ही inform किया जाएगा। Reject हुए candidates को कोई सूचना नहीं दी जाएगी।

Selected candidates को Joining के समय Medical Fitness Certificate Submit करना होगा।
4
Selected candidates को Apprentices Act 1961 के तहत 1 साल के Training Contract पर Sign करना होगा।
