Suzuki Motor Campus Placement 2025 — Eligibility
- Applicants aged 18 to 26 years at the time of joining are eligible to apply.
- Minimum educational requirement: 10th pass with at least 40% marks OR ITI pass with minimum 50% marks (where applicable).

Salary & Benefits
For Fixed Term Contract (FTC): Consolidated CTC approx. ₹25,300 per month with annual statutory benefits and yearly performance/bonus as per company policy. Annual increment typically 3% on successful completion of each year (as per the drive).
For Apprentices / Trainees: Monthly stipend approx. ₹19,500 (for the 12-month period, if applicable).
Other benefits: Subsidised food & accommodation (where provided), PPE and safety shoes, leave and other statutory benefits as per company policy, and applicable travel allowances.

Selection Process
- Document Verification: ID, education certificates (10th / ITI), Aadhaar, passport-size photo, and other required documents.
- Trade/Skill Assessment: Practical trade test or hands-on assessment related to the applied trade (where applicable).
- Interview / Personal Interaction: Short interview to check basic aptitude and fit.
- Medical Fitness: Pre-employment medical fitness test as per company medical standards.
