IOCL Apprentice Recruitment Vacancy 2025

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the largest commercial enterprise in India and a Fortune “Global 500” Company, as a measure of Skill Building Initiative for the Nation, proposes to engage Apprentices in Technical and Non-Technical Trades at its locations in Pipelines Division.

Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals meeting the following qualification & other parameters for engagement of around 537 Apprentices under The Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time) in the locations as mentioned below:

• 10th / 12th Pass marksheet & certificate.
• Semester-wise /Year-wise mark sheets of ITI (NCVT/SCVT)/HSC/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering.
• Final ITI (NCVT/SCVT) Certificate/HSC/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering issued by the respective Board /Authority/Institute.
• Copy of first page of Bank passbook of Aadhaar seeded account, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, cancelled cheque leaf.
• Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate

How to Apply IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

1. Candidates willing to apply against the advertisement must register as a Technician/Trade/Graduate Apprentice online in the following portals under the respective State as per their Trades below:
   a) Trade Apprentice: Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)/Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders) at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
   b) Technician Apprentice: (Mechanical/Electrical/Telecommunication & Instrumentation) at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
   c) Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource/Accountant) at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
2. Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may LOGIN to the respective NATS/NAPS Portal using their User ID/Email ID and APPLY for the apprenticeship Openings/Opportunities with the Establishment ID of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
   
3. Candidates must complete the application for Openings/Opportunities in respective NATS/NAPS Portal from 29.08.2025 to 18.09.2025. Before applying against an opportunity, the candidate MUST ensure that their profile (Personal details, Educational details, Category etc.) along with aggregate percentage are appearing correctly in their application. Candidates are required to contact NAPS/NATS Office in case of any corrections.
4. After applying against an opportunity in the respective NAPS/NATS Portal, the candidate must complete their registration/application for apprentice positions in Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/
5. The candidate must use the same e-mail ID and Mobile Number used in respective NAPS/NATS Portal which must be valid for the entire apprenticeship period.
6. There are two steps for Registration process (Part-I & Part-II) in Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/
   a. In Part-I registration, candidate must fill their basic details like name, category etc. and must create their own password. After successful Part-I registration, system generated registration number is sent to their registered email id/SMS. With this registration number, candidates have to login into the system
   again with the password generated by them. Candidates are advised to remember registration number and password for future reference/use.
   b. In Part-II registration, candidates must upload their scanned photograph and signature and furnish educational qualification, experience details etc. and submit the same. The candidate should have
   c. Scanned copy of colour photograph (Size: between 20-50 KB in JPG Format) and signature in black ink (Size: between 10-30 KB in JPG Format) etc. ready before applying on-line. This is the final submission process and after that candidates cannot change the details furnished. Candidates are therefore advised
   to furnish the details in the portal carefully and check the same before final submission. Candidates must complete the application process in Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/ from 29.08.2025 to 18.09.2025.
7. Candidates are advised to follow the procedure mentioned in above apprentice engagement portal. In case of any difficulty with respect to filling online application, please refer FAQs/How to apply options available in the portal.
8. The candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the Online Application Form and its final submission. The candidate shall be wholly/exclusively responsible for the information provided in their online application form.
9. The candidate must mention this registration/enrolment number of NAPS/NATS Portal while applying for apprentice positions in Indian Oil Pipelines Portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/.
10. After successfully applying/registration of Online Application in Indian Oil Pipelines Portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/, the candidate must take a printout of the filled-in online application for future reference.
11. The cut-off date for age, qualification etc. shall be 31.08.2025.
12. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted other than what is mentioned above.
