Northern Railway Apprentice Required Documents 2024

• Admit card of Northern Railway
• SELF-ATTESTED photocopies of all the documents
  • Proof of Date of Birth: SSC/Matriculation/10th Certificate or DOB Certificate
  • Proof of Educational Qualification: SSC/Matriculation/10th pass marksheet & certificate
  • Proof of Technical Qualification (ITI): Semester-wise/year wise and consolidated mark sheets
  • Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC(NCL)
  • Identity Card: Candidates must bring their E-admit Card along with a valid Photo ID
  • Medical Certificate: One Medical Certificate is to be necessarily submitted, issued by Government Authority Doctor (Gaz.)
  • All PwBD candidates have to necessarily bring their Caste Certificate (if any), PwBD certificate in original and Xerox copies of the same duly self-attested.

Northern Railway Apprentice Important Notice 2024

• The candidates are instructed to attend the DV on allotted day and session as mentioned in the E-admit card, along with their original documents.
• The detailed instruction as indicated in the Notification No. RRC/NR-06/2024/Act Apprentice should be followed scrupulously, otherwise the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled and no appeal would be considered.
• Candidate is instructed to download and take clear printout (front and back pages) of E-admit Card from the website. E-admit Card will not be sent to candidate by post.
• The candidates will not be allowed to enter for Verification of Documents without producing DV call letter in original. This call letter is not transferable.
• Candidates provisionally Shortlisted for DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION are advised to come along with All the Original certificates/documents and one set of SELF-ATTESTED photocopies of all the documents that have been prescribed as per the notification. The following original documents along with a self-attested copy should be furnished at the time of Documents Verification.
  • SSC/Matriculation/10th Certificate or DOB Certificate. No other documents will be accepted for verification of date of birth.
  • Final ITI certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.
  • Consolidated mark sheets of ITI.
  • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)certificate
  • Valid Photo ID (viz. Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar
