ITI NCVT Trainee Verification Schedule 2024
Data Migration Schedule: Six Month (Batch-l), One-year and Two-Year Trades: Session:2023.

- However, the directorate is still receiving representations from some State/UT Directorates regarding leftover data migration of trainees who were admitted before 10th October 2023 but were not migrated to the SID portal due to various issues/errors.
- After careful consideration of all the requests, the competent authority has decided to provide a final opportunity for trainee data migration to the DGT portal (SID) through API/Excel as per the mentioned schedule.
- It has been observed that around 85% of trainees have completed trainee verification, while the remaining trainees are yet to complete the process. Due to ongoing election procedures, the competent authority has decided to extend the cut-off date for the “Trainee Verification process” from 30th April to 31st May 2024. This is the last opportunity for states and concerned ITIs to complete pending trainee verification, as no further extension will be possible due to the upcoming examination schedule. State-wise PRN pendency percentage is attached as Annexure-A.
- All State/UT Directorates are requested to complete the “Trainee Verification process” according to the schedule mentioned above.
- This issues with the approval of competent authority.
