• [1] Matriculation (10th) Mark sheet & Passing Certificate for validation of “Date of Birth”
• [2] Mark-sheets of all years of ITI for calculation & validation of “Percentage Marks”
• [3] Valid Category Certificate duly issued/signed by the competent authority, to be submitted by applicant who has applied in SC/ST/PWD/OBC (Non Creamy)/EWS category.
• Certificate for OBC (Non Creamy) & EWS category must be issued in last 1 year.
• [4] Aadhar Card
• [5] Print out of Registration Slip mentioning the Registration number, generated on Government Portal.

• a. The number of candidates invited for the document verification is proportionately higher than the number of vacancies in a particular branch.
• b. The final merit list along with the waiting list, will be prepared on the basis of number of applicants found eligible after the document verification round.
• c. There is no guarantee that the candidate appearing for the document verification round will be shortlisted in the final merit list or waiting list.
• This is subjected to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification, marks obtained in the ITI and the government reservation guidelines.
• d. Apprenticeship training would be for a period of one year from the date of Joining at SAIL ISP, Burnpur in line with the Apprenticeship Act 1961.
• e. SAIL ISP, Burnpur will not be liable for any reimbursement for any travel/stay expenses or anyother similar expenses
