RRC SER Kolkata Apprentice DV Documents Required 2023

1. The printout of the filled in Application made online.
2. Original certificate regarding your Date of Birth.
3. Ofiginal certificate of Matriculation along with the statement of marks.
4. Orfiginal valid certificate of having passed the ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship training is to be done).
5. Original certificate in proper format as given in the Notification mentioning your community: OBC/SC/ST.
6. Original certificate in proper format as given in the Notification in case you are a Person With Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) conforming to the types as mentioned in the Notification.
7. Original certificate in proof of being an Ex-Serviceman (ESM) in case you are an ESM.
8. One set of self attested copies of all the above-mentioned documents/ certificates/ testimonials.
9. Three recent passport sized photographs as provided/uploaded in the online application.
10. Medical Fitness Certificate signed by Government authorized Doctor (Gaz), not below the rank of Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital as per the prescribed Medical Proforma attached with the Call Letter.
