HAL Nasik Document Verification 2021

अब सभी को मेल के माध्यम से सभी को document verification के लिए बुलाया जा रहा है |

Dear Candidate,

                             This is to inform you that your candidature is being considered for apprenticeship training at HAL-Nasik. You are required to be present for document verification as per the following schedule:

Date: 12^th Nov 2021,
Time: From: 9:00 am to 02:00 pm
Venue: Community Hall, HAL- Township, Ojhar -Nasik.

Please note that list for candidates for engagement as apprentice trainees, will be prepared as per merit from the candidates present for this document verification. In case you fail to report on the said date and time, it will be assumed that you are not interested in the training.

Instructions for document verification:

Candidates have to produce original certificates/documents for verification. The list of certificates/documents is as follows:

• SSC/HSC board certificate
• Engineering/Diploma – Semester wise mark sheets
• Engineering/Diploma – Passing Certificate or provisional certificate
• Copy of registration in the portal: www.mhrdnats.gov.in
• Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST) if applicable
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Income and Asset verification certificate
• Non Creamy layer Certificate: For OBC – In Central government format.
• Physically handicapped: PWD (Person with Disability) if applicable
• Ex-servicemen/Wards of ex-servicemen: XSM if Applicable
• Aadhaar Card
• MSI Card: For HAL wards only

Important Information on Apprenticeship training:

1.       The apprenticeship training is for one year and the stipend for the period will be as per stipulated guidelines.

2.       HAL, Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide employment on completion of the Apprenticeship Training.

3.    The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & traveling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship Training Period & No accommodation & traveling allowance will be paid by the company.

4.       Candidates are requested to follow all COVID-19 protocols, wear mask and carry hand sanitizer, when visiting HAL.
