Period of Training : The period of training for the post of Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator & Maintainer will be 2 years (24 months).

Important to Note:

All the prescribed essential qualifications should only be of full time, regular and from recognized University/ Institution. Qualification acquired through distance learning, part time, private, open schooling/NIOS etc. will not be considered in any case.
Only prescribed trades mentioned against the post shall be considered, any other equivalent trade shall not be considered e.g. ITI in Electronics Trade will not be considered equivalent to Instrumentation trade.
The certificate course in Fire Fighting Equipment prescribed for the post of Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum-Fireman-A should only be from State Fire Training Centres.
Certificate course in Fire Fighting Equipment other than State Fire Training Centres. Diploma Certificate, Sub-Officer course or any other higher qualification without having minimum essential qualification will not be considered.
Minimum qualification prescribed for recruitment as mentioned above has to be fulfilled. Any other qualification including higher qualification over and above the minimum qualification will not disqualify the candidate to appear in written examination for all the advertised posts.

1	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator	18 to 24 years	During 1st year of training stipend of 10,500/- Per Month. During 2nd year of training stipend of 12,500/- Per Month. After successful completion of training, the trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Technician/B in the pay of 21,700/- in Level 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increment(s), as per extant rules, depending upon performance during training program may also be granted.
2	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Maintainer	18 to 24 years	During 1st year of training stipend of 10,500/- Per Month. During 2nd year of training stipend of 12,500/- Per Month. After successful completion of training, the trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Technician/B in the pay of 21,700/- in Level 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increment(s), as per extant rules, depending upon performance during training program may also be granted.
3	Driver-cum-Pump Operatorcum-Fireman-A	18 to 25 years	Rs 21,700/- (Pay in Pay Matrix in Level – 3)

Central Dearness Allowance, Performance Linked Incentive, Children Education Assistance, Leave Travel Concession, Canteen Subsidy, Site Location Allowance, Cable TV Reimbursement, Newspaper Reimbursement, Medical Assistance, Transport Allowance, Washing Allowance, Accommodation, School facility etc. as admissible from time to time as per Corporation Rules. These allowances will be applicable only after successful absorption and appointment as Technician.
